In order to receive medical cannabis, you need to become a member of the collective association. This includes signing an agreement stating your intention to Stellar Care Solutions, and allowing us to contact your recommending physician for verification. (Becoming a member doesn't limit your right to cultivate your own medicine, nor does it prevent you from joining another collective.)
